When you choose your food delivery plan, you’ll tell us your preferred delivery date based on when is most convenient for you. Our standard delivery slot is between 8am and 7pm, although for an additional charge you can choose an 8am to 12pm slot. Later delivery slots are also available between 5pm and 9pm in London.

If you’re not home when your food delivery is expected to arrive, our couriers will leave your box in your chosen safe place. You can tell us your preferred safe place in your account.

If you’re not home when your food delivery arrives, don’t worry. Our boxes are designed with special insulation and contain ice packs to keep the ingredients fresh. As soon as you’re home, make sure you refrigerate the food as soon as you can.

We offer three main food delivery plans; Classic, Family and Rapid. The Classic box gives you a choice of 3, 4 or 5 delicious recipes for 2 people, and 3 or 4 recipes for 2, 3 or 4 people. You can select your meals from a choice of 18 recipes. The Family box contains all you need to make 3, 4 or 5 meals per week, for either 2 adults and 3 younger children or 2 adults and 2 older children. The Rapid box contains 3 or 4 recipes for 2, 3 or 4 people and 5 recipes for 2 people. The meals are designed to be cooked quickly, with four recipes taking just 20 minutes to make.
