We’ll deliver your food delivery plan at a time that’s convenient to you; just let us know your preferred delivery date when you choose your plan. Our standard delivery slot is between 8am and 7pm, although for an additional charge you can choose an 8am to 12pm slot. In London, we do offer later delivery slots between 5pm and 9pm, which may be more convenient for you.

You can let us know your preferred safe place in your account. If you’re not in when we attempt to deliver your food box, our couriers will leave it in your safe place, so you’ll know exactly where it is.

We’ve designed our boxes to keep food fresh for longer, including specialist insulation and ice packs for when our customers are out of the house. Once you arrive home, make sure you refrigerate your food as soon as you can.

Preparation time varies between recipes, but many of our recipes can be made in 30 minutes or less. Recipes as part of our Rapid box can be cooked in as little as 20 minutes, bringing you fresh food fast.

We understand that you may need to miss a delivery from time to time, for example if you’re going on holiday or have a busy week ahead. If you do need to skip a week, you can let us know by logging into your account and clicking ‘skip week’.

We offer three main food delivery plans; Classic, Family and Rapid. The Classic box gives you a choice of 3, 4 or 5 delicious recipes for 2 people, and 3 or 4 recipes for 2, 3 or 4 people. You can select your meals from a choice of 18 recipes. The Family box contains all you need to make 3, 4 or 5 meals per week, for either 2 adults and 3 younger children or 2 adults and 2 older children. The Rapid box contains 3 or 4 recipes for 2, 3 or 4 people and 5 recipes for 2 people. The meals are designed to be cooked quickly, with four recipes taking just 20 minutes to make.
