Order a meal box with HelloFresh and you’ll tell us your preferred delivery date, based on when is most convenient to you. Our standard delivery slot is between 8am and 7pm, but you can choose an 8am to 12pm slot for an extra charge. Later delivery slots are also available between 5pm and 9pm in London.

If you’re not home when your meal box arrives, our couriers will leave it in a safe place for you. To tell us your preferred safe place, log into your account.

We understand that you may not always be around when your HelloFresh order arrives. That’s why our boxes have special insulation properties, as well as ice packs, to help keep your food order fresh. As soon as you are home, make sure you refrigerate your ingredients.

From time to time, you may order a meal box online but need to skip a week for whatever reason, whether you’re simply busy or going on holiday. It’s easy to skip a week; simply log into your account to let us know by clicking ‘skip week’.

Choose from three main food delivery plans; Classic, Family and Rapid. The Classic box gives you a choice of 3, 4 or 5 delicious recipes for 2 people, and 3 or 4 recipes for 2, 3 or 4 people. You can select your meals from a choice of 18 recipes. The Family box contains all you need to make 3, 4 or 5 meals per week, for either 2 adults and 3 younger children or 2 adults and 2 older children. The Rapid box contains 3 or 4 recipes for 2, 3 or 4 people and 5 recipes for 2 people. The meals are designed to be cooked quickly, with four recipes taking just 20 minutes to make.
