I’m Mimi—a chef and recipe developer with a background in private cheffing, catering, and supper clubs. I’ve been with HelloFresh since 2015 and now lead an incredible team of chefs. I’m a sucker for fried chicken and fusion recipes—think Korean, Indian, or French... or all three at once.

I’m obsessed with making ice cream and dream of launching a brand called Creamy Mimi’s. Bonus fact: I’ve appeared on First Dates and 24 Hours in A&E—though sadly, neither resulted in finding the love of my life!

With over 15 years in the food industry, I’ve worn many culinary hats, from private chef to supper club host to recipe developer. I trained at Ballymaloe at 18, ran my own catering company, and even started at HelloFresh in Customer Care before moving into recipe development. Along the way, I’ve staged at Chiltern Firehouse, baked a few wedding cakes (never again!), and now lead a talented team at HelloFresh. My passion lies in making mealtimes exciting, accessible, and full of flavour, for everyone.
