Why did the chicken cross the road? In this case, it’s definitely to get to the mustard on the other side, because, boy, do those two make a mean combination! We’ve added some tender, crunchy green beans and creamy potatoes to soften the mustardy goodness. This mustard means business – particularly when you add the extra mustard seeds.

This spicy dish is sure to get your taste buds talking. Caribbean food is renowned for being full of flavour and spice so get yourself prepared! The peppers and onion will caramelise so everything will be slightly sticky, which just adds to the flavour. We’ve also asked our butchers to add a little chilli to the sausages to give them a bit of a kick!

The wonderful Rick Stein is one of André’s favourite chefs. Watching Rick’s show one evening, he was very taken with a cracking-looking Shanghai-style pork belly. Inspired (and ravenous), André was dismayed to find he had no pork but wasn't going to let a little thing like that stand between him and a delicious dinner and this Shanghai-style chicken stir-fry was born. Never have we been happier about an understocked fridge!

Presenting to you another versatile HelloFresh 'one pot wonder'! This delicious dish has a bit of a twist - quinoa, cooked in the same pot as the chilli! It provides all the flavours you'd expect from a chilli but with some added cinnamon tones and a nutty texture. Kidney beans and plenty of veg make it a hearty and nutitious meal. Go for it!

Mimi thinks her mum makes the absolute best cottage pie in the whole world. So it was with trepidation that she presented this recipe for motherly approval. The twist is using sweet potato in the mash which adds more fibre and vitamins as well as flavour. Mrs Morley gave her seal of approval so we're sharing the recipe with you today. Enjoy!

Have you tried black garlic before? We get ours from the Garlic Farm on the Isle of Wight. It's got plenty of weird and wonderful uses - we've seen black garlic ice cream and also vodka! It's even delicious eaten on its own like sweets! Tonight though, we're using it in a sauce for flaky, oven-baked salmon. Hope you love it as much as we do!
