To prepare: Follow the instructions on the pizza dough packaging. Drain then tear the mozzarella into pieces. Remove the core then slice the bell pepper. Peel and slice the shallot. Top the bases with BBQ sauce, mozzarella pieces, bell pepper, shallot and cooked chicken pieces. Season to taste. Cook in the oven as per the pack instructions. Enjoy!
