Preheat your oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas mark 6. Remove the dough from the packaging and roll out on your surface.
Slice the mozzarella. Spread the bases with the BBQ sauce, then top with the mozzarella, chicken and the mixed peppers and onions.
Bake in the oven until the toppings are golden and the base is crispy, 10-15 mins.
