Instructions

- Boil a full kettle.
- Meanwhile, heat a drizzle of oil in a frying pan on medium-high heat.
- Once hot, fry the beef mince, 5-6 mins. Break it up as it cooks.
- Meanwhile, once the water's boiled, pour it into a saucepan with 0.25 tsp salt on high heat.
- Boil the noodles, 4 mins.

- Once the mince is cooked, drain the fat. Season with salt and pepper. IMPORTANT: Wash hands and utensils after handling raw meat. Cook so there's no pink in the middle.
- Add the coleslaw and ginger puree. Stir-fry, 2-3 mins.
- Meanwhile, once the noodles are cooked, drain and rinse under cold water.

- Stir the hoisin, miso, ketjap manis and water (see pantry) into the beef.
- Simmer, 2-3 mins.
- Add the cooked noodles and mix together well.

- Share the noodles out between your serving bowls.
- Sprinkle over the crispy onions.
- Enjoy!
