There's nothing better than a blueberry muffin, unless you add vanilla... This mix does just that, with handfuls of blueberry and some natural vanilla flavour too for muffins that are light, fluffy and very tasty.

Blueberry and Vanilla Muffin Mix
(ContainsCereals containing glutenMay containNuts)Preheat oven to 180˚C/Fan 170˚C/Gas Mark 4.
Place mixture into a bowl. Make a well in the centre and add the egg, water and oil. Using a large spoon, mix everything together until well combined.
Fill a muffin tray with paper cases. Using a spoon, fill the paper cases equally with the mixture.
Bake the muffins for 15-18 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.
Remove from the oven and leave to cool for 10 minutes and enjoy.
