Bake the baguette for 10-12 mins at 220°C/200°C fan/gas mark 7 on the middle shelf. Halve the tomato and bake for 10-15 mins.
Heat a drizzle of oil in a frying pan on medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, lay in the bacon rashers and fry until crispy and brown, 3-4 mins on each side. Transfer to a plate lined with kitchen paper. IMPORTANT: Wash your hands and equipment after handling raw meat. Cook bacon thoroughly.
Slice the halloumi and fry for 2-3 mins on each side.
