Instructions

Prep

a) Halve the tomatoes (or keep them whole, if you prefer). b) Drain and tear the mozzarella.

Finish the Prep

a) Tear the serrano ham into bite-size pieces. b) Transfer the baby leaves into your bowl and toss with the dressing. c) TIP: If you're eating later, add the baby leaf, serrano ham, tomatoes and chicken to a container and pop inside your fridge. Drizzle over the dressing and toss to coat just before serving.
