Instructions

Bring on the Broccoli
1

a) Halve any thick broccoli stems lengthways.

b) Heat a drizzle of oil in a medium frying pan on medium-high heat.

c) Once hot, add the Tenderstem® and stir-fry for 2-3 mins. Add a splash of water, then cover with a lid (or foil) and allow to cook until tender, 4-6 mins more. Season with salt and pepper.

Make the Glaze
2

a) Meanwhile, halve the red chilli lengthways, deseed, then finely chop (prepare less if you'd prefer things milder).

b) Zest and cut half the lime into wedges. TIP: Keep the remaining lime for another recipe.

c) Pop a small saucepan on medium-high heat and add the miso, honey and soy sauce. TIP: If your honey has hardened, put the sachet in a bowl of hot water for 1 min to loosen.

d) Mix well, bring to the boil, then remove from the heat.

Dress and Serve
3

a) Add the lime zest and half chilli to the honey-miso dressing, then squeeze in the juice from half the lime wedges. Stir well to combine.

b) When the broccoli is ready, transfer it to a serving platter and drizzle over the sticky miso-honey glaze.

c) Sprinkle over the toasted sesame seeds and remaining chilli.

d) Serve with the remaining lime wedges for squeezing over to finish.

Enjoy!
