Bake the garlic baguettes on the middle shelf of the oven at 220°C/200°C fan/gas mark 7 until golden and piping hot, 12-15 mins.
Boil the pasta until tender, 3 mins. Drain, return to the pan and stir through the pesto. Pop into 2 bowls and sprinkle over the cheese. Serve with the rocket and tomato side salad and garlic breads on the side.
