Oat and Raisin Cookie Mix
(ContainsCereals containing glutenMay containNuts)Preheat oven to 180˚C/Fan 170˚C/Gas Mark 4. Melt the butter over low heat in a small saucepan. Remove from heat.
Place mixture into a bowl. Make a well in the centre and the egg and melted butter. Using a large spoon, mix everything together until well combined
Line 2 baking trays with baking parchment.
Using a tablespoon place equal amounts of dough onto the baking trays, spacing them apart to allow for spreading.
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until the edges are done and the centre is still soft.
Remove from the oven, leave to cool for 10 minutes and enjoy!
