If you like Piña Coladas... Then this smoothie kit is perfect for you. All the tropical flavours of a Piña Colada but in an alcohol-free smoothie, perfect for breakfast time.
Please note a blender is required.

Pineapple Rings
a) Zest and quarter the lime.
b) Halve one pineapple ring, then cut one of the halves in half again. Set the quarters aside to use as a garnish at the end.
c) Add the coconut milk, honey, a squeeze of lime juice, a pinch of lime zest, along with the the remaining pineapple rings and the pineapple juice from the tin into the blender. TIP: Add more lime juice and zest to taste.
a) Blend until smooth, 1-2 mins, or until the smoothie is the consistency you like.
b) If you like your smoothie a little sweeter, add extra honey to taste.
c) To make your smoothie colder and thicker, add a few ice cubes and blend until smooth - we recommend about 4 ice cubes.
a) Divide your smoothie between 2 glasses.
b) Slide a pineapple quarter onto each glass to finish. TIP: Your smoothie is best enjoyed freshly made.
