Toast 2 flatbreads or warm in the oven. Slice the avocado. Tear the smoked salmon into chunks. Slice the lemon into wedges. TIP: Keep the remaining flatbreads for another recipe.
Spread the cream cheese over each warm flatbread.
Lay the avocado and smoked salmon over the flatbreads. Serve with lemon wedges for squeezing over.
