Street Food Chicken Satay

with Brown Rice and Garlic Beans (SWAP)

Back in his days of youthful exuberance Head Chef Patrick took a trip to Beijing. Tiananmen Square and the Great Wall were pretty interesting but it was the street food that really blew his mind. One night his nose led him to a steam filled side street where the locals feasted on delicacies including grasshoppers, snakes and even deep fried scorpions. He was tempted to spice things up for this recipe but instead turned to his favourite from that night - a simply delicious chicken satay. If you want to see grasshopper on the menu just let us know!
