Mark our words - this won’t be your usual recipe for Shepherd’s Pie. Our Head Chef Patrick claims this is actually his favourite dish and whenever he goes home, it’s the first thing he asks his mum to cook (so cute). For the ultimate smooth mash, press the potatoes through a metal sieve before adding milk and butter. This recipe comes with a warm feeling in your stomach and a side helping of satisfied families. Enough to make even the grumpiest shepherd smile!
