Instructions

Trim the carrots, then halve lengthways (peel first if you prefer). Chop into roughly 1cm wide, 5cm long batons.

Trim the cucumbers, then halve lengthways. Chop into roughly 1cm wide, 5cm long batons.

Slice your Cheddar into batons.

Serve your houmous in the pot for dipping!
