Once logged in, you'll be able to view all the meals in you box at the top of the 'My Menu' page. These meals have either been selected by you or pre-selected using your chosen menu preference. You can navigate between weeks using the arrows on both sides at the top of the page. To update your 'Menu Preference', click here and select 'Manage'.

You have activated your free shipping offer and it is visible in your HelloFresh wallet but you have been charged a shipping fee, this may be down to one of the below:
You have selected a premium delivery fee, the Amazon Prime free shipping discount is only applicable to the standard delivery fee.
You may be based in a delivery area that incurs an extra delivery fee. E.G Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man and the Scottish Highlands. The free shipping offer will apply to your standard delivery fee however, you will be charged for the premium delivery surcharge.

Nutritional information can be found throughout the website, just select the recipe you want the nutritional information for and then click 'see full recipe'. This information can also be found on our app and on the recipe cards in your box. Please click on the button below and log in to reach your weekly menu page where you can select recipes.
All of our allergens are labelled on our upcoming recipes and our ingredient packaging so you can see exactly what’s going into your recipes to make your meal choice.
However, as our suppliers and packing team handle such a wide range of ingredients, we cannot guarantee that no traces of other allergens may be present. For this reason, we can’t offer a gluten free or dairy free preference. Similarly, some of our meat suppliers are certified Halal whilst others are not, so we are unable to guarantee a meal plan suitable for those following a Halal diet.
