Terms and Conditions
1. The promoter’s of this prize draw are Grocery Delivery E-Services UK Limited
(“HelloFresh”) of 60 Worship Street, London, EC2A 2EZ the “Promoter”).
2. There will be a total of 26 winners. 25 winners will receive official Paddington In Peru themed water bottles and 1 winner will receive 1 yearly HelloFresh subscriptions for free (valid for 3 meal 2 person meals only).
3. Eligibility
a) This promotion is valid for customers of HelloFresh UK who are residents of the UK (including Jersey and Guernsey), excluding Scottish Highlands & Islands. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.
b) To enter, HelloFresh customers must add at least 4 dishes from 4 different world cuisines: Peruvian, Sri Lankan, Greek, Portuguese or Caribbean. Only one entry per household is permitted.
c) The opening date for entries is on 28 October 2024 and the closing date is on 6th December 2024 at 23:59. Entries received after this time will not be counted.
4. Winner Selection
a) Winner(s) will be chosen by random computerised draw on 10 December 2024 and will be notified by email before 13 December 2024.
b) If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 7 days of being notified then the winner's prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
5. Limitation of Liability
a) The Promoter may replace the prize if necessary due to circumstances beyond their control, and their decision is final with no correspondence entered into.
b) By entering, participants agree to the terms.
c) The Promoter can refuse entry or withhold the prize for any breach, and may cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion if required.
d) The Promoter is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage from prize use, except where caused by their negligence. This does not affect statutory rights.
e) Personal data will be used to conduct the competition and may be shared with the supplier for prize fulfilment. Full details on data use can be found in HelloFresh’s Privacy Policy (https://www.hellofresh.co.uk/about/privacy).
f) This promotion is governed by English law.
