Preheat your oven to 220°C/200°C fan/gas mark 7. Halve the ciabatta. Slice the mozzarella.
Spread the marinara sauce evenly over the ciabatta halves, then layer on the mozzarella and chorizo slices.
Bake on the top shelf of the oven, 5-8 mins, until melted and golden. Transfer to 2 serving plates to finish.
