We like to think we’ve got our finger on the pulse. Freddy has just invested in the new Justin Bieber album and if it wasn’t for his chunky thighs we’re certain Luke would be wearing a pair of skinny jeans by now*. The latest prediction we’ve heard about is the rise of Korean food (our source tells us it’s ‘the new Mexican’). To make sure you’re ‘down with the kids’ Patrick has whipped up this twist on the famous Korean Bulgogi using dry aged beef from our heroic butcher Nick the Knife.

*Patrick doesn’t seem to struggle on this front.
