Once hot, add the veg and cook for 2-3 mins. Then add a splash of water, cover with a lid (or some foil) and steam-fry until the veg is tender, 4-5 mins. Remove the pan from the heat. To boil: Boil water in a saucepan. When the water is boiling, add the veg and cook until just tender, 3-4 mins. Once cooked, drain in a colander, then return to the pan.
