with Farro, Rocket and Lemon-Tahini Sauce (5 MEAL)

Drum roll Maestro if you please! Tonight we've got a new ingredient gracing your dinner table: Tahini. We’ve all but fallen in love with this delicious sesame paste used most often in North African and Middle Eastern cooking. 'Tahini' comes from a word meaning 'to grind' since sesame seeds are soaked in salt water before being ground to a fine paste. Tonight we've teamed it up with giant couscous to transport your taste buds to sunnier climes!

Boxes and ingredients are packed in facilities that handles Peanut, Nuts, Sesame, Fish, Crustaceans, Milk, Egg, Mustard, Celery, Soya, Gluten and Sulphites. Due to the war in Ukraine, it has been necessary to substitute sunflower oil with rapeseed oil in some products without a label change. The FSA have advised that allergic reactions to rapeseed oil are rare.
