We've taken the classic flavours of smoked ham and Cheddar cheese and combined them in a seeded roll with mustard mayonnaise. This sandwich is speedy to make and a tasty homemade lunch.

a) Preheat your oven to 220°C/200°C fan/gas mark 7.
b) Remove the bread from the packaging and pop onto a baking tray. Bake until toasted and golden, 10-12 mins.
c) Once baked, allow the baguette to cool for 5 mins, then slice in half lengthways.
a) Thinly slice the Cheddar cheese lengthways.
b) Spread the honey mustard dressing over the bases of your rolls and spread the mayo over the lids.
a) Lay the cheese slices on the bases of the rolls, then top with the smoked ham.
b) If you're eating straight away, pop your sandwiches on a plate and dig in.
c) If you're eating later, pop them into a container and store in your fridge.
