Sweet & Easy Honey Apple Bircher Muesli
with Blueberries and Pumpkin Seeds | Serves 2 | 5 min prep
A refreshing mix of yoghurt, apple and oats make this bircher muesli the perfect way to start your day. Topped with fresh blueberries and crunchy pumpkin seeds, it's deliciously simple but simply delicious!

Due to the war in Ukraine, it has been necessary to substitute sunflower oil with rapeseed oil in some products without a label change. The FSA have advised that allergic reactions to rapeseed oil are rare.
Greek Style Natural Yoghurt
(Contains Cereals containing gluten May contain Milk, Soya, Cereals containing gluten, Nuts)
a) Quarter, core and grate the apple (no need to peel).
b) Equally share the yoghurt, honey and oats between 2 serving bowls and stir to combine. TIP: If your honey has hardened, pop it in a bowl of hot water for 1 min.
a) Divide the grated apple between your bowls.
b) Mix again until combined. TIP: If you like your oats a little runnier, stir in an extra 50ml of water.
a) Sprinkle over the blueberries and pumpkin seeds to finish.
