a) Combine the mayo and curry powder (add less if you'd prefer things milder) in a small bowl.
b) Halve the seeded rolls lengthways.
a) Spread a spoonful of your curry mayo on the bases of the rolls.
b) Spread the mango chutney on the lids of the rolls.
a) Place the rocket on the bases of the sandwiches.
b) Lay the cooked chicken slices on top of the rocket.
c) Sandwich together and tuck in.
