Satisfy your sweet tooth with this Granola Energy Bar Mix. Packed full of oats, crunchy seeds like sesame, pumpkin, poppy, linseed and sunflower seeds, and blended with juicy cranberries, it's a perfect 'pick-me-up' treat.

You will need: 1 square baking tin, 35g butter and 95g honey.

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 170°C/160°C fan/gas mark 4.

Add the butter and honey into a small saucepan on medium-high heat and gently stir until the butter has melted.

Place the granola mixture into a large bowl.

Add the honey butter, then mix everything together using a spoon until well combined

Grease and line an 18 x 18cm (7 x 7 inch) square baking tin with baking parchment

Pour the mixture into the tin and level the surface with a spoon.

Bake for 15 mins. 

Remove from the oven and leave to cool for 10 minutes before cutting. Enjoy!
