As quick to make as it is delicious, this sandwich contains basil flavoured tuna mayo and baby gem lettuce in a soft, seeded roll. Perfect for lunches at home, work or on the go.

a) Trim the baby gem, halve lengthways, then thinly slice.
a) Pop the baby gem, tuna and mayonnaise into a medium bowl and mix well to combine.
a) Slice the seeded rolls in half lengthways.
b) Share the tuna filling between the bottom halves of the rolls, then sandwich on the top halves of the rolls. Slice the sandwiches in half.
c) Share the sandwiches between your plates.
