These indulgent brownies are a perfect mix of baked on the outside and gooey on the inside. Made from wholemeal flour, high-quality cocoa powder and natural sugar, they're great as an after-dinner dessert or as an afternoon treat.

You will need; • 1 Square Baking Tin • 2 Medium Eggs • 20ml of Water • 60ml of Vegetable Oil

Preheat oven to 170˚C/Fan 160˚C/Gas Mark 4.


Place mixture into a bowl. Make a well in the centre and add eggs, water and oil. Using a large spoon, mix everything together until well combined.


Grease and line an 18 x 18cm (7 x 7 inch) square baking tin with parchment. Pour in the mixture and level the surface.


Bake the brownie for 20 minutes.


Remove from the oven and leave to cool for 10 minutes before cutting and enjoying.
