Many, many (many) years ago Head Chef Patrick was rushing to school when he remembered it was ‘Home Economics’ day. He needed to take some ingredients to class to cook his ‘speciality’ dish but he’d completely forgotten to go shopping. In his haste he grabbed the only things he could find: a tin of baked beans and a bag of wholemeal flour. His speciality that day was baked beans on homemade chapatis. We’re glad to say he’s increased his repertoire since then and tonight’s coconut dal is an absolute stonker!

Boxes and ingredients are packed in facilities that handles Peanut, Nuts, Sesame, Fish, Crustaceans, Milk, Egg, Mustard, Celery, Soya, Gluten and Sulphites. Due to the conflict in Ukraine, it has been necessary to substitute sunflower oil with rapeseed oil in some products without a label change. The FSA have advised that allergic reactions to rapeseed oil are rare.
