It's hard to beat a ham and cheese sandwich. This one is elevated with Red Leicester, smoked ham, sliced tomatoes and onion marmalade, layered inside a soft multigrain baguette.

Say Cheese

a) Slice the seeded rolls in half lengthways.

b) Thinly slice the red Leicester cheese.

c) Thinly slice the tomatoes.

On a Roll

a) Spread the butter onto the base of the rolls.

b) Top with the smoked ham slices, then the cheese slices.

c) Lay the tomato slices on top.

Lunch is Served

a) Spread the onion marmalade on the lid of the roll.

b) Sandwich on the roll lids and share between 2 plates.
