We watched a great documentary the other night called Searching for Sugarman. It’s about a singer called Rodriguez who brings out an album in America and thinks for 30 years that it’s flopped. Little did he know that meanwhile in South Africa the album became a bestseller and he was as famous as Elvis! It’s kind of the same with the star of tonight’s dish. Hake wouldn’t necessarily get recognised on the streets of the UK but in Spain it’s on the dinnertime A-List. Our talent-hunting chefs tracked it down for tonight’s recipe!
