  • Boil a half-full kettle.
  • Pour it into a saucepan with 0.25 tsp salt on high heat.
  • Boil the rice, 10-12 mins.
  • Once cooked, drain, pop back in the pan and cover.
  • Heat a frying pan on high heat with a drizzle of oil.
  • Once hot, fry the beef and mushrooms, 6-8 mins. Break up the mince as it cooks, then drain the fat. Season with salt and pepper. IMPORTANT: Wash hands and utensils after handling raw meat. Cook so there's no pink in the middle.
  • Meanwhile, open the remaining sachets.
  • Add the coleslaw to the beef and stir-fry, 2-3 mins.
  • Stir in the gochujang, ketjap manis, peanut butter, soy and water (see pantry).
  • Bring to the boil and simmer, 1-2 mins.
  • Share the rice between your bowls.
  • Top with the beef stir-fry.
  • Enjoy!
