Bake up a treat with this Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix. Combine wholemeal flour with rich and creamy chocolate chips and pop in the oven for a cookie that everyone will love.

You will need: 2 baking trays, 90g butter and 1 large egg

Ingredients: Wholemeal Wheat Flour, Plain Chocolate Chips (27%)(Sugar, Cocoa Mass, Cocoa Butter, Vegetable Fats (Palm, Shea, Mango Kernel Oils), Emulsifier: Soya Lecithin), Brown Sugar, Sugar, Maize Starch, Baking Powder (Raising Agents: E450(i), E500(ii), Wheat Flour, Salt)

Preheat your oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas mark 6.

Melt the butter in a small saucepan on low heat.


Place the mixture into a large bowl and add the melted butter. Crack in the egg, then whisk everything to combine.


Spoon equal amounts of the mixture onto a baking tray (12-14 balls of dough), then bake for 10 mins. 

Leave to cool and enjoy!
