The Quesadilla

for the Veggie Vaquero*

When does a tortilla become a quesadilla? It’s a question that had us scratching our heads until Bianca did a bit of digging around for us. It’s all in the Spanish. Take some ‘queso’ (Spanish for cheese) and sandwich it between two tortillas and hey presto you got a ‘quesa-dilla’. Pull that one out of the hat at your next pub quiz and see your social status soar! This one combines our signature Mexican spice mix to warm up a chilly February evening - andale! *That’s a Mexican cowboy to you and me
