Here at the Fresh Farm, we weren’t always the healthy-living souls we try to be today. Rumour has it that our chef used to wait until his mum’s back was turned before running into the garden and hurling his veggies over the neighbour’s fence. That was when his mum got sneaky and made ratatouille (aka, vegetables in disguise). Our incredible combination of roasted vegetables with bream is living proof that getting your five-a-day needn’t be so hard. Mum’s the word!

Boxes and ingredients are packed in facilities that handles Peanut, Nuts, Sesame, Fish, Crustaceans, Milk, Egg, Mustard, Celery, Soya, Gluten and Sulphites. Due to the war in Ukraine, it has been necessary to substitute sunflower oil with rapeseed oil in some products without a label change. The FSA have advised that allergic reactions to rapeseed oil are rare.
