Boxes and ingredients are packed in facilities that handles Peanut, Nuts, Sesame, Fish, Crustaceans, Milk, Egg, Mustard, Celery, Soya, Gluten and Sulphites. Due to the war in Ukraine, it has been necessary to substitute sunflower oil with rapeseed oil in some products without a label change. The FSA have advised that allergic reactions to rapeseed oil are rare.

a) Halve any thick broccoli stems lengthways.
b) Heat a drizzle of oil in a medium frying pan on medium-high heat.
c) Once hot, add the Tenderstem® and stir-fry for 2-3 mins. Add a splash of water, then cover with a lid (or foil) and allow to cook until tender, 4-6 mins more. Season with salt and pepper.
a) Meanwhile, halve the red chilli lengthways, deseed, then finely chop (prepare less if you'd prefer things milder).
b) Zest and cut half the lime into wedges. TIP: Keep the remaining line for another recipe.
c) Pop a small saucepan on medium-high heat and add the miso, honey and soy sauce. TIP: If your honey has hardened, put the sachet in a bowl of hot water for 1 min to loosen.
d) Mix well, bring to the boil, then remove from the heat.
a) Add the lime zest and half the chilli to the honey-miso dressing, then squeeze in the juice from half the lime wedges. Stir well to combine.

c) Sprinkle over the toasted sesame seeds and remaining chilli.
d) Serve with the remaining lime wedges for squeezing over to finish.
