Luke may be our box packing guru but he also fancies himself as a bit of a cook. Tall tales of delicious dinners are never far away when you’re with him, although as yet we’ve not seen the culinary evidence*. When he decided to poke his head round the door of the Hello Fresh Kitchen last week Patrick was bracing himself for some ‘constructive feedback’, but to his relief the only sound he heard was “Mmmmmmmm”. Simple, quick, packed with protein and super delicious, this is a perfect summertime pick-me-up!

*That said he did help make 20 kilos of mashed potato for our last customer event.
