Sourdough bread gets its distinctive delicious tang from a long fermented starter dough used to help it rise. Our loaves are mini versions of the traditional bread, hand-shaped, scored and floured. Pop into the oven for an extra crispy crust. Ingredients - Fortified Wheat Flour ( Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Water, Sea Salt, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Rapeseed Oil, Spirit Vinegar.

Best served warm | For extra crispy rolls, reheat at 200℃ for 8-10 mins.
Boxes and ingredients are packed in facilities that handles Peanut, Nuts, Sesame, Fish, Crustaceans, Milk, Egg, Mustard, Celery, Soya, Gluten and Sulphites. Due to the war in Ukraine, it has been necessary to substitute sunflower oil with rapeseed oil in some products without a label change. The FSA have advised that allergic reactions to rapeseed oil are rare.
