
Sourdough bread gets its distinctive delicious tang from a long fermented starter dough used to help it rise. Our loaves are mini versions of the traditional bread, hand-shaped, scored and floured. Pop into the oven for an extra crispy crust. Ingredients - Fortified Wheat Flour ( Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Water, Sea Salt, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Rapeseed Oil, Spirit Vinegar. Allergens: Gluten Best served warm | For extra crispy rolls, reheat at 200℃ for 8-10 mins.
