For the uninitiated Hanoi in Vietnam can be quite a hectic place. Rumour has it that whilst the population is around 6 million they actually have around 5 million mopeds. In fact when Head Chef Patrick headed over there to do some cooking, the locals said the best way to cross the road was by walking confidently in a straight line and not making any sudden movements - because the traffic would go around him.
