Bedouin Chicken Tagine

with Apricot, Flaked Almonds and Cooling Yoghurt (F)

We’ve all heard the stories about camels and rugs being given to a father in exchange for his daughter’s hand in marriage, but the Hello Fresh Research Department (AKA Annabel the intern) has discovered something more interesting. In certain tribal communities where a daughter is particularly popular, her suitors must all prepare a tagine for the father in an ancient version of Masterchef. Dishes are tasted one by one until a son-in-law is declared. If you find yourself in such a competition the smart money is on tonight’s recipe!

Boxes and ingredients are packed in facilities that handles Peanut, Nuts, Sesame, Fish, Crustaceans, Milk, Egg, Mustard, Celery, Soya, Gluten and Sulphites. Due to the war in Ukraine, it has been necessary to substitute sunflower oil with rapeseed oil in some products without a label change. The FSA have advised that allergic reactions to rapeseed oil are rare.
