Chipotle Beef and Corn Tortillas

Patrick doesn’t need many excuses to cook Mexican so when a little bottle of Tabasco Chipotle turned up in the kitchen the other day he was all over it. The sauce for this recipe is flavoured with Mexican chipotle made by taking ripe jalapeño chillies and smoking them for several days until they’re dry. It takes around 5kg of chillies to produce just half a kilo of chipotle, so it’s potent stuff! As tasty as it is quick, this recipe is a surefire January body booster!
