a) Preheat your oven to 220°C/200°C fan/gas mark 7.
b) Slice the baguette in half lengthways, then again widthways to create 4 equal pieces.
c) Peel and grate the garlic (or use a garlic press). Finely chop the parsley (stalks and all). Cut each olive widthways into 3 round slices.
d) Drain the mozzarella and squeeze out as much liquid as you can. Pat dry with kitchen paper, then cut into slices.
a) Pop a small saucepan on medium-high heat and add the butter along with the olive oil and salt (see pantry for both amounts).
b) Allow the butter to melt, then add the garlic and cook for 1 min. Remove from the heat, season with pepper, then stir in the parsley.
c) Pop the baguette pieces onto a baking tray, then spread the garlic butter over the cut side of the bread.
d) Lay the mozzarella slices across the baguettes to resemble mummies' bandages and pop a couple olive slices at the top for the eyes.
a) Drizzle the garlic bread mummies with a little olive oil, then sprinkle over the grated hard Italian style cheese.
b) Bake on the top shelf of your oven until the cheese is melted and slightly golden, 10-12 mins.
c) Once cooked, transfer to a serving dish to finish.
