Bake the baguette on the middle shelf of your oven at 220°C/200°C fan/gas mark 7, 10-12 mins. Once baked, allow to cool, 5 mins. Meanwhile, chop the dill. Combine the dill and cream cheese in a bowl. Slice the baguette in half. Spread the dill cream cheese onto the base and lay the smoked salmon on top. Sandwich on the baguette lid, slice in half widthways and share between 2 plates. Enjoy!
