Instructions

a) Heat a drizzle of oil in a large frying pan on medium-high heat.

b) Once the oil is hot, add the chicken to the pan and season with salt and pepper.

c) Fry until golden brown on the outside and cooked through, 8-10 mins.

d) IMPORTANT: Wash your hands and equipment after handling raw chicken and its packaging.

e) The chicken is cooked when no longer pink in the middle.

f) Once the chicken is cooked, pop it in seperate bowl, mix in the sweet chilli sauce and leave to cool, 5-10 mins.

a) Meanwhile, thinly slice the tomatoes.

b) Slice the seeded roll in half lengthways.

c) Spread the mayo onto the bottom half of the roll.

d) Lay the rocket on top.

e) Arrange the tomato slices on top of the rocket.

a) Top the tomato with the sweet chilli chicken pieces.

b) Sandwich on the top half of the roll.

c) Lunch is ready. Enjoy!
