Ripples of excitement were flowing through the Hello Fresh Farm last week when Patrick announced his first ever buckwheat recipe! We love this stuff. Buckwheat is actually a seed related to rhubarb and quite apart from its delicious, nutty flavour it is absolutely chock full of nutrition.
