“Fusion” is a dirty word around the Hello Fresh Farm. Used most often by restaurants who can’t decide what their customers want, it’s been responsible for a number of cross-cultural food crimes over the years. That said, there’s nothing wrong with a bit of experimentation. Even tomatoes didn’t exist in Italy until they were introduced from South America. For this meal we’ve combined the Japanese flavours of miso and wasabi to create a whole new spin on steak and mash. Go easy on the wasabi and taste as you go to get it just right!
