Yep you heard it… Head Chef Patrick has a new Deputy! She’s the fastest saucepan slinger in the west and her name is Rachel. A culinary sharp shooter from the hallowed halls of the Cordon Bleu, Rachel has all sorts of recipes and tricks up her sleeves which she’ll be sharing with us over the coming months. First up is this stunningly authentic, smokey tasting aubergine dish, inspired by the sunny climes of Morocco. Welcome to the family!
